To begin the Law School’s event process or meeting location request you should have, at minimum, your event name and date confirmed.

Step 1:
Check the law school calendar for availability

First, review the public law school calendar to confirm there are no conflicts on your event date.

Step 2:
Request a location for your event or meeting

Depending on your department and role, there are two ways to request a location.

*If you would like to request Shusterman Hall, please reach out to Dorothy Lee and Nicole Regis Eisenstein via email.

Administrative Departments, Centers and Institute Leaders, and Student Organization Leaders

You should have direct access to the law school’s calendar management and room reservation system, LiveWhale.

Please use the LiveWhale link below to:

  • Request your event’s location
  • Request a room for a private meeting or small gathering

Request Location Through LiveWhale

If you regularly organize events for your administrative department, center or institute, or  student organization and do not have a LiveWhale account yet, please request LiveWhale access here.

Faculty Members, Legal Aids, Teaching Assistants, Individual Law Students, or Non-Temple Law Parties

If you are a member of these groups or if you do not have access to LiveWhale, please use the form below to:

  • Request your event’s location
  • Request a room for a private meeting or small gathering

Request Location Through This Form

Please allow up to five business days for a location to be assigned. You will receive an email confirmation once your location is approved. If public, your event will also then be added to the law school calendar.  Follow up with Dorothy Lee and Nicole Regis Eisenstein if you did not receive an email confirmation after five business days.

Step 3: As Needed

Coordinate event logistics and needs through the Event Support Form*

Are you a Temple Law faculty or staff member hosting a law school event? Our administrative departments can help you with:

  • Attendee Registration and Payment
  • Catering
  • CLE Credits
  • Event Marketing
  • Room Set Up or Facilities Management requests
  • Technology Support

If your event requires help in any of these areas, please complete the Event Support Form after your event location has been approved (Step 2).
