Lost ID
To deactivate a lost or stolen physical Owlcard or Owlcard mobile credential do the following:
- Login to TUportal
- Under TUapplications select Owlcard eAccounts
- Then select Card Services from the top menu
- Follow the instructions to choose the appropriate card or device
- Click the Deactivate Card button
