Law is a self-regulated profession whose members adhere to a code of professional responsibility. As part of its mission to prepare students for their role in this honorable profession, Temple requires all law students to adhere to the Temple University School of Law Code of Student Conduct. The Code incorporates by reference all Law School and University policies, including the Law School’s Faculty Policy on Plagiarism.

Students are subject to Temple University’s Student Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures. Each student is responsible for being familiar with all Law School and University policies and the Faculty Policy on Plagiarism.
