Clinic students (pictured left to right) Sarah Grynpas, Sarah Sitzler, Nick Hunsicker, and Erico Solis joined the clinic team supporting this case after defendants filed motions to dismiss the complaint. The students’ research and arguments fed into the successful response by Ms. Garcia, allowing the case to proceed to discovery with nearly all claims advancing toward a remedy.
