Professor Murray joined the Temple Law faculty in July 2008. Her research interests include legal education, education law and policy, legal writing and persuasion, and alternative dispute resolution. She is a Lead Article Editor of Legal Communication & Rhetoric: JALWD and a member of the Board of Directors of the Legal Writing Institute.
Professor Murray previously taught at the George Washington University Law School, where she also served as the Associate Director of the Legal Research and Writing Program. She began her teaching career as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center in 2003. Prior to that, she was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins, LLP. While in private practice, Professor Murray litigated various commercial and employment matters and had a diverse pro bono practice, including immigration and family law cases.
