Professor Margaret Bull Kovera, a nationally-regarded research psychologist, discussed what is known and what still needs to be researched in the studies of jury dynamics and jury decision-making.  Psychologist and nationally-known jury consultant Melissa Gomez spoke about lessons learned from polling and studying jurors, with special focus on what they value – rules or fairness.
