On-Campus Interviewing & Virtual Recruiting Programs

Temple Law School offers a variety of On Campus Interviewing (OCI) and Virtual Recruiting Program options throughout the year. While exact dates may vary, the Career Strategy & Professional Development team generally facilitates one or two sessions each in summer, fall, and spring. Summer programs must be virtual, as students are off campus at that time, but employers are welcome to interview virtually or in-person during the fall and spring.

Employers who would like to join the OCI/Virtual Recruiting invitation list should contact Anna DiSalvo Konschak at anna.konschak@temple.edu, or CSPD at lcareer@temple.edu. Employers can register for available programs on Temple Law’s Career Planning Manager (CPM) here.

For all interviewing programs, you will receive applications materials in advance and may pre-screen applications to select exactly whom you wish to interview. You may select any number of candidates and alternates.

There are no fees to participate in OCI or Virtual Recruiting Programs. All employers who wish to recruit Temple Law students through CSPD must agree to Temple Law’s Recruiting Policy.
