Course Description. This course looks at formation, performance and enforcement of contracts involving the sales of goods. Most of the course focuses on Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code but the course also touches Articles 2A, 5, and 7 of the UCC, the Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and other sources of law.
