Some loans are need-based while others are available to any enrolled student. An undergraduate financial aid offer may include a combination of Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans. Subsidized Loans

Student Emergency Aid Fund | Dean of Students – Temple University

In order to be eligible to receive funding students must: Be currently enrolled full-time or part-time in an undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree-seeking program. Demonstrate financial hardship due to emergency, accident, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Applying for Aid – Student Financial Services

Students must apply for financial aid each year. We strongly recommend submitting your FAFSA before the February 1 priority deadline. Any outstanding requirements should be resolved as soon as possible to avoid impacts to students’ aid eligibility.
