Adjudication and Emotion

This article explores the role of emotion in adjudication and therefore informs the effect use of emotion in advocacy. Emotions explored include:

  1. empathy and sympathy;
  2. loyalty and gratitude;
  3. jealousy and envy; and
  4. disgust and hate.
