Professor David Sonenshein has been teaching Evidence to new district judges at the Washington, D.C.-based Federal Judicial Center’s New Judges School for about 25 years, but his latest presentation offered him a new experience. Sonenshein delivered his lecture from Temple Law’s Rawle Room as a webinar for the first time, reaching an audience of approximately 1200 viewers at 400 sites around the U.S. – among the largest viewerships ever, according to the FJC.
One of the nation’s leading authorities on Evidence, Sonenshein’s FJC training is open to all new district judges as well as to federal circuit attorneys and other attorneys in the federal court system. Professor Sonenshein also participates in a national training program for experienced judges.
