The LL.M. in Trial Advocacy draws students from all over the country, as well as from the immediate Philadelphia area. The program permits designated students to telecommute from considerable distances without sacrificing their practices or personal lives. The distance & online learning component of the LL.M. degree program allows lawyers—with diverse educational, practice and life experiences—to network and learn from each other as well as from faculty.
Distance learners join our local students for the two-part summer session and monthly power performance weekends on campus. Students conveniently telecommute the Thursday evening classes via live, online broadcasts from their homes or offices. The online broadcasts are designed such that students may ask questions of professors, share their comments with in-room classmates, and participate actively in classroom discussions in real time.
Candidates may contact the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy office to discuss qualifications and requirements for distance learning.
