Albert Antonelli is a Senior Manager in PwC’s National Tax Services office and its Exempt Organization Tax Services practice. Albert provides tax compliance and consulting services to many of the largest and most sophisticated tax-exempt health systems, universities, and pension trusts, including their for-profit affiliates. Prior to joining PwC’s Tax practice, Albert provided forensic accounting and business fraud investigation services in PwC’s Advisory practice.
Albert has experience with obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, including group exemptions, mergers and acquisitions, unrelated business income, structuring and analysis of alternative investments, IRC section 501(r) compliance and planning, charitable contributions, fundraising, and Form 990 reporting for charitable organizations, business leagues, and social clubs. Albert also has experience with alternative investment income reporting and compliance for tax-exempt corporations and trusts in both federal and state jurisdictions.
Albert received his J.D. degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with dual majors in Economics and Finance, from the Temple University Fox School of Business (summa cum laude). Albert is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey Bar.
