Mary-Noelle Rasi is a Wealth Planner with Glenmede Trust Company. In this role, she collaborates with Glenmede clients and their advisors to develop, implement and monitor estate and financial plans that are targeted to each client’s lifestyle, legacy and philanthropic objectives.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Rasi practiced law with Blank Rome LLP in the firm’s Private Client group, where her practice areas included estate planning and taxation, wealth transfer, business succession planning and planned and charitable giving. Ms. Rasi has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, and is currently an Adjunct Professor with Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program, where she teaches Business Planning for Closely Held Enterprises. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Rasi worked in disaster relief and recovery in the non-profit sector.
Ms. Rasi earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law and her Master of Laws in taxation from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in social work and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in photography from Wilkes University, and studied fine art at the Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Ms. Rasi is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
