Professor Lipson holds the Harold Kohn Chair and teaches a variety of business law subjects at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Professor Lipson is a member of the American Law Institute and a Regent of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, and has held various leadership positions in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
