Court Rejects Philadelphia University Students’ Suit of Covid Tuition Reimbursement
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has dismissed claims from undergraduate students at Temple University and University of Pennsylvania for tuition reimbursement for remote learning procedures put into place as COVID-19 emergency measures.
