Jennifer Dubas is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Cencora. Prior to being named to her current position in September 2022, Ms. Dubas served as VP, Senior Compliance Officer of Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), leading Cencora’s team of compliance officers in providing compliance support and risk mitigation strategies to Cencora’s commercial organization. Prior to joining Cencora, Ms. Dubas held senior roles in the legal and compliance departments of Endo Pharmaceuticals, serving as the head of litigation, lead commercial attorney, and ultimately as Endo’s Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Dubas also previously served as in-house counsel for Wyeth/Pfizer, managing a variety of mass tort, products liability litigation and government investigations. She began her legal career as an associate at Dechert.
Ms. Dubas graduated from Bryn Mawr College and received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
