And she has successfully led companies through challenging remediation, government oversight and monitoring.
Caroline has served as Global Chief Compliance Officer of Olympus Corporation, Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer of Shire, and others.
She has a BA degree from Smith College and a Law Degree from Dickinson Law School.
