The Center, in partnership with Fox School of Business Center for Executive Education, is launching an executive leadership program in fall 2021: Strike the Balance: Integrating Business, Compliance and Ethics.
The goal of this program is to help compliance and ethics professionals work more effectively with executives to meet business challenges ethically, legally and sustainably. The program is also designed to benefit in-house and outside counsel, audit and risk management professionals as well as outside advisors to organizations.
Using scenario-based learning, participants will effectively manage business interactions through strategic insights and partnerships, influential communication and effective change management. Participants will also be invited to apply concepts and tools related to their own compliance and ethics business challenges and to share learnings. The program will be taught online over eight sessions by leading compliance and ethics officers and will include extensive peer-to-peer exchanges.
The program is part of the Center’s commitment to advance the understanding of compliance and ethics as a discipline through innovative educational programs.
