Every year the Tax Faculty organizes a Careers in Tax event at which several practitioners, many of whom are Temple alumni, come to campus to speak to students about the many paths a career in tax may take.\u00a0 The event, typically held over the lunch hour and sponsored by the American Bar Association Section on Taxation, which provides the funds to offer lunch, includes practitioners who represent a range of practice areas and venues.\u00a0 These include private practice and public interest and government service at both the federal and state and local levels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
