Mikiko Galpin<\/strong> is a Conwell Scholar, Law and Public Policy Scholar, and Institute for International Law and Public Policy Fellow at Temple James E. Beasley School of Law. He also serves as Staff Editor on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, Secretary of the International Law Society, and Student Coordinator for the Temple Law Name Change Project.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Mikiko moved to Canada following high school and graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.F.A. in Creative Writing. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a research seminar abroad in Poland and published a paper through the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum focusing on the lack of acknowledgement for the Romani genocide during World War II. This past summer, Mikiko worked as a Holley Policy Law Fellow with the National LGBTQ Task Force, where he worked on a variety of policy initiatives including advocating for equitable data collection, access to gender-affirming care, and reproductive justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikiko is interested in International Criminal Law and International Human Rights, particularly atrocity prevention and LGBTQ rights. He has a basic knowledge of Japanese and French.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sean Eaton-Robb<\/strong> is a Beasley Scholar and an Institute for International Law and Public Policy Fellow at the Temple James E. Beasley School of Law. He is also the President of the International Law Society, Vice-President of Finance of Philly First, and a Staff Editor on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Over the summer, Sean worked as a Legal Intern at Esperanza Legal Immigration Services, where he assisted low-income immigrants in seeking asylum and naturalization claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from Connecticut, Sean came to Temple University as an undergraduate to pursue a double major in Business Administration and Spanish. He was able to complete two study abroad semesters through Temple, first in Madrid and then in Oviedo. After returning home, Sean spent his final undergraduate semester as an Asylum Outreach Intern at HIAS Pennsylvania. In his free time outside of school, Sean trained for and completed two marathons and an ultramarathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sean is interested in Immigration Law, International Human Rights, and Housing Justice. He is fluent in Spanish and is conversational in French.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
