ABout the Event
Mastery of litigation skills is the hallmark of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and Temple’s Advocacy Program. This 4 hour CLE, with one ethics credit and three substantive credits, will teach advanced advocacy skills. Skills covered will include courtroom advocacy, learning from and avoiding mistakes, ethical problems and responses, evidence law and advocacy, and proper use of artificial intelligence. This is the seventh an annual collaboration between the ACTL and Temple Advocacy. This Masters of Litigation event will be hosted in person on Temple Law’s campus in Klein Hall.
