A Community Conversation Black Lawyers Matter: Celebrating JoAnne Epps’ Legacy, Impact, and Vision

Monday, November 13, 2023

3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Klein Hall Room 2B and on Zoom

In her final scholarly work, JoAnne Epps collaborated with Professor Craig Green to document the impact of a generation of Black Yale Law graduates as part of the case for continued commitment to racial diversity at law schools.

Join us as Associate Dean Donald Harris moderates a panel of Black Temple Law graduates and former faculty to celebrate JoAnne’s legacy and discuss her impact on their lives and careers, her ideas for advancing diversity within legal education and the profession, and what the Temple Law community can do to carry forward her vision for inclusive excellence.
