About The HEARING

Join Temple University Beasley School of Law to hear the oral arguments of the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals case, UNITED STATES, Appellee v. Staff Sergeant LESLY J. LINDOR United States Army, Appellant.

The argument will address whether the government violated the free exercise clause by using the appellant’s religion against him and whether the government introduced evidence in violation of R.C.M. 1001 and made improper argument.
