Casey Dwyer and Anna Manu Fineanganofo, 2Ls, developed the plan in consultation with the Office of the Dean of Students, the <a href=\"https:\/\/deanofstudents.temple.edu\/cherry.pantry\">Cherry Pantry<\/a>, and the Law School&#8217;s student-organized <a href=\"https:\/\/law.temple.edu\/academics\/intellectual-life\/student-organizations\/\">Housing Justice Initiative<\/a>.
