Julie Randolph

Head of Outreach and Instructional Services, Law Library

Julie Randolph coordinates the library’s in-class instruction and teaches Legal Research & Writing I and II. She also is a reference librarian, handling faculty and staff research requests and helping students with their research, as well as overseeing the library’s rare books collection. Her research interests include Pennsylvania legal history and research, legal database utilization of algorithms and artificial intelligence, and rare law books. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and a consultant historian for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Historical Commission.

Julie received her JD from New York University School of Law.  After graduation, she was a litigation associate in Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP’s Philadelphia office for six years, then served as the firm’s Director of New Business Intake for three years. Before joining Temple Law Library in 2018, she was a Senior Conflicts Attorney at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. Prior to law school, Julie was an art conservator.
