Charlie Perkins serves as the Head of Public Services for the Temple Law Library where he helps coordinate library instruction, circulation, and reference services.
Charlie previously was the Access Services Librarian at Elon Law School where he oversaw circulation. He has served in the United States Navy, clerked for a year with a judge in a New Jersey trial court, and worked for Travelers Insurance.
