On May 21, 2019, Jon Smollen, Practice Professor of Law and Executive Director for the Center for Compliance and Ethics at Temple Law School, was a panelist at the Temple Fox School of Business Annual Enterprise Risk Management Conference. The panel focused on \u201cOvercoming ERM Challenges Today\u201d and was moderated by Michael Zuckerman, Associate Professor and Director for Enterprise Risk Management. Professor Smollen provided insight on effective enterprise risk management programs and establishing partnerships between compliance professionals, lawyers and risk managers.
